Pre-screening phone interview

If it’s found that you’re a strong fit for the role, you’ll proceed to the next stage for an interview.

Interview

Congratulations on reaching the interview stage! During this phase, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with the hiring manager and potentially other team members. The interview typically lasts about an hour and will be centered around you. We’re eager to hear about your past experiences, as well as your interests, strengths, successes, passions, and your perspective on the future of our industry. Feel free to share anything you believe is relevant.

Depending on the role and department, there might be a second interview with a broader audience, providing you with another chance to showcase your abilities. Selection

After completing all interviews, the hiring manager will determine the most qualified candidate who best aligns with the company.

Pr-employment verification

Before joining the company, certain location-dependent requirements must be fulfilled. These may encompass tasks such as reference checks, criminal background checks, employment and education verification, drug screening, and more.

Offer

A representative from our Talent Acquisition team will reach out to extend the formal offer. They will detail the salary, working conditions, and benefits package being offered to you.
